Interesting.. I'm not sure I see the concept of this page

i think you'll have alot of glitches when you deal with a recent activity list so sensitive. Plus i still have problems posting sometimes.


also, are you of the few actually using this new DA format?

Hmm. I wonder if there's a bit too much emphasis on the journals here? Maybe it could be split into active forum threads and latest journals, just to have some variation...

eh. if the today page is anything to go by... why bother having popular/active forum threads?
ie, the top one today is "MY POSTCOUNT IS LIKE MY PENIS."

then again... the purpose of this page isn't clear, is it personalised to the user, or is it another todaydeviantart?

I'm guessing this is part of the groups project, otherwise I have no idea what it is and why

Erm.. yes, there is that. I don't really hang out on the forums, so it wasn't a suggestion for myself per say, I just think it needs something other than just journals... I suppose that's my problem as well, I don't really get the purpose of this page either.

A general comment on the content (not so much the layout) of that site: does it really make sense for a site as big as dA is to post recent activity from everyone? Chances are, you won't see anything interesting to you because things will move so quickly. How about offering an option to see recent activity *from your friends only*? As in, recent journals posted by your friends, recently favved devs, recently commented, etc. I think *that* could be very useful.
